about

Signed CDs are available on her website. This stunning album is showcasing The Commander In Chief's many virtuoso talents: guitar playing, her Bel Canto trained, hauntingly beautiful soprano voice, songwriting and piano playing.
The Album features 10 classical masterpieces, two of which have been re-written; "Toccata & Fugue" and "Moonlight Sonata" - the result of her collaboration with platinum selling, super producer John Haywood, who made this statement:
"When I first worked with "The Commander In Chief" and heard her play the guitar I knew instantly she was rewriting the rule book on electric guitar faculty and propelling this instrument
into an entirely different sound world, totally unique and entirely different
from what we generally know of the electric guitar. Her unique and classical-esque guitar tone sings and transcends beauty, capturing emotion in such a way that it mesmerizes at every twist and turn of the melody and blends beautifully with the orchestra"
The album features 8 songs from her collaboration with classical guitar supremo Craig Ogden, and there are 3 original bonus tracks, written by The Commander In Chief, taken from her critically acclaimed acoustic albums; "Berit, Vol, 1 and 2."
Hailed as "The talent of a generation," (Rick Palin, Firebrand/Skyfire) and "one of the most extraordinary talents in the world," (Paul Monkhouse, Metal Planet Music), the praise for this very unique multi talent is universal.

As an unsigned, independent solo artist she has been a trailblazer in various genres, managing to get a #1 album on Amazon, USA, without any label pushing her, and being an expert judge on Norway's biggest TV show; "Battle of the Stars," for two seasons. Now she is back to playing and singing virtuoso music, after a 4 years battle to recover from a dangerous parasite infection, that left her bedridden for 18 months.
