With her hauntingly beautiful, crystal clear, Bel Canto trained voice, The Commander In Chief stuns with this original song, showcasing some her "supersonic" register, with crystal shattering high notes. First released on her critically acclaimed, acoustic album "Berit, Vol. 1" in 2018. This is a re-mixed and re-mastered version. This song also introduces her as a pianist.

The song was recorded during her very challenging recovery from a potentially fatal parasite infection (Crypto), a recovery that took 4 years, including 18 months as bedridden. At the time of the recording, in 2018, she only had energy to be up for half an hour a day, performing brilliantly, before she went back to sleep for many days, after each session. This is a very personal song from her and it captivates the listener with it sheer beauty.
The Commander In Chief never uses auto tune or any other digital "lack of talent" enhancements when she records vocals. It is always the live performance you hear.
